Wet season arrives with a bang.

1 Feb 2018 -- Posted by : Pamela

The wet arrived in December and now after 2 cyclones and major flooding from relentless rain and a severe tropical low Broome is feeling very soggy.  The storms and flooding landscapes make many local photographers happy though, if you can get out into it.  There are some great images coming out of the Kimberley showing the expanse of the flooding with more to come.  And the lightning shots are something to be very jealous of, thats for sure.

It will be a great year to get out into the Kimberley as the creeks, rivers and waterfalls will be full to the brim.
