(and Wildlife)

October 2020

Palm Cove, Port Douglas, Mossman Gorge, Daintree World Heritage,
Atherton Tableland, Green Island, Great Barrier Reef, Cairns

Come and explore my second home with me.  The main focus of this tour is landscape photography.  Learn from a professional guide and tutor while we have fun exploring seascapes, rainforests and rivers, waterfalls and wetlands, rainforest plus native animals, like the saltwater crocodile, platypus, Tree Kangaroo and Cassowary.

Fee includes professional guiding and photography tuition over the week.  This is a fully accomodated tour staying at locations that are close to the best photographic opportunities.

We start in Palm Cove with sunset and sunrise landscapes and then venture into the rainforest at Mossman Gorge to capture some long exposure fresh water shots.

We overnight at Palm Cove and enjoy sunset locations in the beautiful location.
The following day we discover the rainforest and boardwalks of Daintree World Heritage with opportunities for macro, landscape and wildlife images.

I have also included a private tour on the Daintree River so we can photograph saltwater crocodiles and birds at sunrise.

Then its time to head up the mountains to the Atherton Tablelands to capture beautiful waterfalls and interesting animals that live in the rainforest. After spending two days there we head back down to the coast to Etty Bay where Cassowaries frequent the beach in search of food.

On our arrival back in Cairns you have the option to join a tour to Green Island and a helicopter flight over the Great Barrier Reef.
