If you have booked a tour with us, or are thinking about booking a tour with us, and you're concerned about the impact of Covid-19 on your travel, please read the following.
In the scheduling and running of our photography tours, we follow guidelines from the Government, airlines and our tour suppliers. Your decision to travel is a personal one and the decision you make must be based on your personal circumstances and the information available to you in regards to the impact of Covid-19 on travel.
Cancellation policy if you decide not to travel after booking a tour with us
If you decide to cancel your travel with us because of concerns about Covid-19, you will be subject to the Terms and Conditions (see below) you agreed upon when you made your booking and paid your deposit and/or balance for the tour.
This may result in cancellation fees and forfeiture of a proportion or all of the fees paid, including your deposit. See below to determine the extent of your liability. In some instances, which will be determined on a case-by-case basis, the funds may go into credit to allow you to re-book the tour for a future date.
You should also consult your travel insurer and their PDS in order to determine if you will receive any compensation for cancelling the tour and/or whether you will be covered if you fall sick while on tour.

Full payment is due at time of booking the workshop/tour
Cancellations up to 48 hours prior to commencement of workshop will receive a 50% refund
Cancellations up to 24 hours prior to commencement of workshop will incur a 100% cancellation fee or be offered another day to attend the workshop
Extended PHOTOGRAPHY TOURS & Workshops
The workshops start at the location stated on the itinerary and the participant is responsible to get to and from there.
Confirmation of Booking
Force Majeure - Force Majeure means the occurrence of an event that is beyond Pamela Jennings Photography’s reasonable control and which could not have been reasonably prevented by Pamela Jennings Photography, which includes, but is not limited to: (a) war, armed conflict, criminal damage, riot, civil strife, industrial dispute, terrorist activity or the threat of any such acts; (b) natural disaster (including but not limited to flooding, fire, earthquake, landslide), adverse weather conditions, high or low water levels; (c) nuclear or other industrial accident causing environmental pollution or contamination; or (d) change in law, meaning, enactment, amendment (including repeal) in the law or administration of any law in Australia or any jurisdiction or territory relevant to the booking contract, which includes changes in statute, regulation, determination, by-law, declaration, licence and the common law as applicable from time to time.
Limitation of Liability in the Event of Force Majeure - In the event of a force majeure event making it impossible or unsafe for Pamela Jennings Photography to deliver all or part of the photography tour, Pamela Jennings Photography will refund the customer for the unperformed part of the tour less any reasonable losses incurred before cancellation. Losses may amount to a substantial proportion of the booking price. Pamela Jennings Photography will use reasonable endeavours to minimise losses incurred by customers.
Customers must take out travel insurance to protect themselves against loss in the circumstances.
Without limiting the scope of the exclusion liability expressed in the above paragraphs, Pamela Jennings Photography its agents, servants and representatives shall not be liable to any person for the death, injury, accident or damage to a person arising out of;
This tour is designed for adults of all ages who are in good to reasonable health and of moderate level of fitness.
Some activities on this tour may require walking and hiking for distances of up to 1 to 5 kilometres trails and short inclines and descents. These activities will be identified in the detailed itinerary of the tour. Guests may choose to opt out of such activities at their own discretion.
You will need to be able to carry your own camera equipment and water during this tour.
You will need to disclose any medical or physical conditions that you have, which may create a risk to you or to other tour participants. The organiser assumes no responsibility for your medical care nor guarantee to meet your special dietary requirements.
You may only participate on this tour on provision of your obtaining comprehensive travel insurance for the duration covered by the dates of the tour, inclusive of departure and arrival dates.
Collection of Information
In order to use the Pamela Jennings Photography website, we may require information from you in order to provide the best service possible. All correspondence may also be collected and stored, particularly in regard to sales, support and accounts, including Email. Any information collected by Pamela Jennings Photography is collected via correspondence from you or your company. This may be via the telephone, Email, mail or directly through our website.
Use of Collection Information
Any details collected from Pamela Jennings Photography customers is required in order to provide you with our products and/or services, and a high level of customer service. Correspondence is recorded in order to provide service references, and to assist in our staff development.
Storage of Collected Information

When Credit Card details are collected, we simply pass them on in order to be processed as required. We never permanently store complete Credit Card details.
